Champagne Joseph Desruets is a family-owned Champagne house located in Hautvillers, France - the village where Dom Pérignon is said to have discovered Champagne. Today, the sixth generation, brothers Matthias and Thomas Kim Eun Desruets, uphold the family's winemaking heritage, blending traditional methods with modern practices. A distinctive feature of Champagne Joseph Desruets is their use of one of the oldest wooden presses in the Champagne region, dating back to 1888 and still in operation.
